La barbacoa es muy rica y fresca, el consomé tiene muy buen sabor, las tortillas echas a mano y aunque hay gente, están pendientes de que no de te acaben.
Muy limpio, meseros muy amables, servicio rápido, están pendientes de lo que necesitas, los precios no son exagerados.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Este es un negocio ya de varios años, siendo sus comienzos 100% familiar atención directa por sus dueños, el sabor (directo de Hidalgo) y la atención no han bajado de nivel, los precios ya de acuerdo al giro.
Aunque ya no están los dueños sigue siendo un buen lugar para el antojo de barbacoa.
Es pequeño pero lo han remodelado para hacerlo más agradable.

Cada vez hay menos lugares que valen la pena en Puebla.
