★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es muy bueno y rápido. Los meseros son muy atentos y amables. Están al pendiente de lo que necesites. Barbacoa, consomé, sopes, flanes con muy buen sabor y están al precio.
Solo fallan los curados porque son licuados(literal) al instante, están muy dulces y casi no contienen pulque.
 The service is very good and fast. The servers are very attentive and friendly. They are aware of what you need. Barbecue, consommé, sopes, flans with very good flavor and they are at the price.
Only the cured ones fail because they are blended (literally) instantly, they are very sweet and contain almost no pulque.

Tienes una carta amplia con otro tipo de alimentos. Pulque curado, cerveza, etc. No te dejes intimidar por la zona, es seguro acudir en carro premium

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La barbacoa muy rica, y los curados me encantan, no se me hace caro, también hay ricos postres, café de olla todo bien rico. Ya fui a la barbacoa de la colonia Alfonso XIII se llama Los Tres Reyes muy caro y no me gustó, mucha grasa y la estuve repitiendo todo el día, gracias

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es el lugar favorito que tenemos en la familia para ir a comer barbacoa y consomé~
Toda la comida está excelente, desde las quesadillas, como las tostadas de carne y hasta los tamales que, por cierto, son de los más ricos que he probado.
El servicio es muy bueno, las meseras siempre son amables y se encuentran al pendiente de las necesidades de los comensales.
Lo único que podría considerar "malo" es que abren tres días a la semana, nunca es suficiente de su deliciosa comida.
Como sugerencia, recomiendo llegar temprano porque por las mañanas siempre se encuentra lleno.

It is the favorite place we have in the family to go to eat barbecue and consommé ~
All the food is excellent, from the quesadillas, such as the meat tostadas and even the tamales, which, by the way, are some of the richest I've ever had.
The service is very good, the waitresses are always friendly and are attentive to the needs of the guests.
The only thing you might consider "bad" is that they are open three days a week, there is never enough of their delicious food.
As a suggestion, I recommend arriving early because in the morning it is always full.

Me sorprendió la frescura del queso y las verduras y que todos los platillos tienen como materia prima el borrego.
Un mixiote, una quesadilla de sesos y un taco de longaniza, acompañando al plato ranchero, a eso le llamo el paraíso.
Regresaré por un curado de piñón y unos tacos de barbacoa, costilla por favor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En lo personal, la barbacoa es muy grasosa y el sabor se opaca mucho por el cebo. El consomé es bueno, recomiendo pedirlo sin pata. Lo mejor son las flautas son 100% recomendables.
Personally, barbecue is very greasy and the flavor is dulled a lot by the bait. The consommé is good, I recommend ordering it without the leg. The best thing is the flutes are 100% recommended.
