★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sabor indefinido, no sé si era árabe o al pastor. Sabía un poco a cochinita pibil. Eso sí, DEMASIADO nervio en la carne, no grasa, nervio. Para ser carne árabe/pastor tiene demasiadas grasas y nervios la carne.
Undefined flavor, I don't know if it was Arab or shepherd. It tasted a bit like cochinita pibil. Mind you, TOO MUCH nerve in the meat, not fat, nerve. To be Arab / shepherd meat, meat has too much fat and nerves.
