★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio del dueño fue excelente. Nos tocó regresar más tarde porque nos iba a conseguir lo que necesitábamos. Lamentablemente sólo estaba su compañera de trabajo y fue muy déspota, le pedimos que le llamara al dueño porque teníamos prisa (el dueño ya sabía) y sólo contestaba, “ahorita viene”, “así es esto”, “les digo que ahorita viene”, pero de manera muy grosera.
Sí recomiendo este lugar porque el dueño fue muy amable, no tardó en llegar y nos trató muy bien.
Dejo este mensaje con el propósito de que el servicio al cliente mejore. Estuve 2 semanas de vacaciones en esta área y todos fueron muy amables, sólo tuvimos esta excepción.
Si te dedicas al servicio al cliente, no te tomes personal las cosas, ponerte a la defensiva, y pero aún cuando no tienes por qué, da una experiencia muy desagradable a tus clientes. Mejora siempre y disfruta tu trabajo, cuando das lo mejor de ti, recibes muchísimo más de las personas sin esperarlo.
 The owner's service was excellent. We had to come back later because he was going to get us what we needed. Unfortunately, only his co-worker was there and she was very despotic, we asked him to call the owner because we were in a hurry (the owner already knew) and he only answered, "Right now he's coming", "that's how this is", "I tell them he's coming right now" , but in a very rude way.
I do recommend this place because the owner was very friendly, he did not take long to arrive and treated us very well.
I am leaving this message with the purpose of improving customer service. I was on vacation for 2 weeks in this area and everyone was very nice, we only had this exception.
If you dedicate yourself to customer service, don't take things personal, get defensive, and but even when you don't have to, give your customers a very unpleasant experience. Always improve and enjoy your work, when you give your best, you receive much more from people without expecting it.
