It seems to me that the birria lacks flavor very bland as if the flavor was reduced the birriamen actually looks like instant soup pasta more than the real ramen very few drink options

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sinceramente el sabor deja qué desear. Pueden mejorar muchísimo más su sazón, porque el consomé y la birria estaban algo simples. El tejuino rico pero tibio. Eso sí, reconozco que la atención es muy buena y son muy amables.
Honestly the taste leaves something to be desired. They can improve their seasoning much more, because the consommé and the birria were somewhat simple. The rich but warm tejuino. Of course, I recognize that the attention is very good and they are very friendly.

If you really are from Guadalajara, don't eat here since it has nothing to do with the same flavor as there. The drowned cakes taste horrible. It's not that bread.
