★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good food, humble but extremelly authentic. I cross just to eat and like it so much i took diverse dishes to my room fridge for a weeks worth of lunches so I can experience the real Mexican food thoughout my stay i Texas while dining briskets and stakes locally.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inexpensive no frills neighborhood diner where the locals go to eat. Bowl of hearty caldo (beef soup/stew) with side of rice and stack of piping hot corn tortillas for $3. Full meal.
Watch the parade of locals through big glass front windows.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Found this restaurant on our way to see a dentist. The food was good, I had the Taquitos. They were good. The serving was small, wish I would have gotten a few more. The soup looked delicious. Everything is written in spanish so you are unsure of what you're going to get. The highlight was the limeade. It was delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place, I always love the food. It is sometime full but that shows how tasty it is. If you are unfamiliar with seating arrangements you can usually ask to seat at a table that isn't full.
