 Excellent Japanese Restaurant inside the Sandos Caracol eco resort, nice and very choreographic chefs, very kind staff, I highly recommend it.

We had dinner at "El Templo", they treated us very well, and the show is very cool. They gave excellent attention to my sister who is allergic to shrimp. Monica attended us, excellent Cheff !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best restaurant in the Sandos Caracol resort complex. If you want to go, make a reservation as soon as you can, as they fill up fast. We only managed to get a spot for the last night of our stay.
Our chef was phenomenal, and really put on a great show. He made sure everyone at the table was having a good time. They were also able to accommodate a gluten allergy at the table.
The food was good, if not entirely “authentic.” The signature drink was a little too sweet for my taste.
The major drawback is the temperature. There was no AC in the restaurant itself, and with the grills all running, we were all melting into our seats. Definitely wear your lightest outfit.
