★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El Tibu is an outdoor puesto just outside the centro. I ate here for the first time a few days ago and it was also my last time. I would only recommend eating here if you’re hungover because the food was so incredibly greasy it was almost inpalatable. They have good sauces, but I assume it was only to cover up the fishy taste of the soggy fish tacos they served me. Shrimp tacos were OK but nothing special. Everything was deep fried, but nothing was crispy or crunchy, even the handmade tortillas were covered in grease. We did not try the vasos or cazuelas because they didn’t have any available at the time I went. Overall very disappointing considering it has decent reviews.
