Good place to spend the day with the family, the seafood is not very good but the prices are quite affordable, the water is not very clean and the bathrooms are dirty.

El lugar es muy bonito y las albercas de buen tamaño Good place! The palapas that are further from the pools are a little run down, the service is slow there was only one waiter! The place is very nice and the pools are a good size

Se tardan demasiado en traerte los alimentos..y para rematar te cobran el 10% cuando no se lo an ganado.. Y no es una obligacion dejarles el 10%.. El servicio de propina se gana no se pide... The place is beautiful ... shame about the service that is on the ground. They take too long to bring you the food ... and to top it off they charge you 10% when they haven't earned it ... And it is not an obligation to leave them 10% ... The tip service is earned not requested ...
h	hector joshua naranjo torres on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar es bueno.lo que da coraje es que te obligen a pagar el 10% de propina en el tiket ni siquiera te preguntan si no que lo tienes que pagar a fuerzas yo hise un consumo familar de 1200 y mi tiket fue de 1320 yo con gusto daria propina pero no es correcto que la exijan. Parece que no saben que les pueden cerrar el changarro por hacer eso The place is good. What gives courage is that they force you to pay a 10% tip in the tiket. They don't even ask you if you don't have to pay it by force. I made a family consumption of 1,200 and my tiket was 1,320. I would gladly tip but it is not correct that they demand it. They don't seem to know that they can shut their shit down for doing that.

Lo único que podría decir malo es la atención de los meseros que aveces no es tan adecuada pero no pasa siempre y se entiende que no todos tenemos un buen día siempre. Recomendado. I love going to this place, the pools are very big and they have a well made children's area. The only thing that could say bad is the attention of the waiters that sometimes is not so adequate but it does not always happen and it is understood that not everyone has a good day always. Recommended.
