★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente servicio, además cuenta con el catálogo más extenso en la región, me sorprendieron ya que si no tienen un tornillo en específco, ellos lo consiguen o si no existe lo mandan fabricar, el caso es que desde el tornillo más simple hasta los tornillos de más altas especificaciones como el Tornillo A-325, El Tornillo los tiene todos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He acudido 3 veces a esta sucursal. Las 3 han sido malas experiencias. Me han tratado con muy mala cara y muy mal humor las dos señoritas que atienden ahí.
Las dos primeras ocasiones no tenían lo que buscaba y no buscaba nada fuera de lo común para una tornillería obviamente.
Les di 3 oportunidades y jamás volveré. Debieran suavizar su servicio al cliente.
I have visited this branch 3 times. All 3 have been bad experiences. The two ladies who serve there have treated me with a very bad face and a very bad mood.
The first two occasions did not have what I was looking for and I was not looking for anything out of the ordinary for a hardware obviously.
I gave them 3 chances and I will never go back. They should soften their customer service.
