★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very nice restaurant 15 minutes from San Miguel de Allende's downtown. It has an outside patio dinning with an excellent menu. Magda a very charming and friendly Chef will prepare some of the most gourmet dishes you will ever experience in or near San Miguel de Allende. Adding to these culinarily pleasures, you will be able to listen to a Jazz trio that plays every week-ends. Make sure you make your reservations early!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This restaurant has a unique menu for SMA. A gourmet selection of salads, sandwiches and entrees. All four of us loved our different dishes. The area is clean, very courteous staff and friendly and welcoming owner. There is a roll out awning when it gets too bright. We enjoyed upbeat music in the background. Not in centro but worth the drive or cab ride.
The market next door has gourmet foods including sauces, oils, pastas and much more. Homemade hummus, tapenades, banana bread, cookies, etc.

French Onion soup was delicious. Quiche was one of the best I have ever had. The rib eye sandwich was full of amazing flavours.
