★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los vestidos que tienen son bonitos, pero la atención que recibimos de parte de la señora que nos atendió hoy fue PÉSIMA. Desde que llegamos nos comentó que pronto les llegarían los vestidos de la nueva temporada, por lo que nos advertía que quizás para la fecha de nuestro evento el vestido que viéramos ya no estaría disponible (raro porque a principios de año fui y vi varios de los vestidos que me probé aún en exhibición) Le comentamos que igual queríamos verlos y subíamos a ver los demás.
De repente la señora nos dice "Sin que te enojes, pero no te puedes probar vestidos" le pregunté por qué no y me respondió que no era seguro que estuvieran disponibles después (mi evento es hasta diciembre) y le contestamos que queríamos ver algunos ya puestos para darnos una idea y que no planeábamos rentarlo en ese momento. Me contestó que con mayor razón no podía probarme nada si no lo iba a rentar de una vez.
Obviamente ya molesta le dije que su atención era pésima, que ya había ido antes a la tienda y jamás me habían atendido de esa manera.
NO se si esta señora suela ser quien atiende la boutique pero no considero que sea la persona apropiada, es grosera y majadera en su atención. Espero que no sea la dueña porque qué vergüenza.
The dresses they have are pretty, but the attention we received from the lady who attended us today was PÉSIMA. Since we arrived, she told us that soon the dresses of the new season would arrive, so she warned us that perhaps for the date of our event the dress we saw would no longer be available (rare because at the beginning of the year I went and saw several of the dresses that I tried myself still on display) We told him that we still wanted to see them and we went up to see the others.
Suddenly the lady says "Without you getting angry, but you can not try on dresses" I asked him why not and he replied that it was not sure they were available later (my event is until December) and we answered that we wanted to see some of them already positions to give us an idea and we did not plan to rent it at that time. He answered that with greater reason I could not prove anything if I was not going to rent it at once.
Obviously and annoyed I told him that his attention was terrible, that he had gone to the store before and they had never treated me that way.
I do not know if this lady is usually the one who attends the boutique but I do not consider her to be the appropriate person, she is rude and pious in her attention. I hope it is not the owner because what a shame.
