Es una persona prepotente con los clientes y los empleados, se pone a gritarles de groserías y a mi como clienta le falto poco para pegarme. Deberían de verificar a que tipo de personas contratan ya que es la imagen de la empresa, porfavor hagan algo porque platicando con los clientes que estaban ahí es e comportamiento por parte de la señora Alma Arroyo es de lo más normal recibirlo cada que vas.
