★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No lo recomiendo, hice un pedido a las 4:20 pm y nunca llegó. No me contestaban la llamada hasta que ellos me llamaron. Me dijeron que disculpas que no tomaron mi pedido. Que quienes tienen trabajando, a niños ? Ya no había forma de llevar nada y que disculpa. Después llamaron para disculparse y diciendo que al siguiente día llevarían el pedido para que probaramos, pero nunca volvieron a llamar y obvio no enviaron nada.
Nunca resolvieron el problema , desde un inicio era mejor ser claro y decirnos que ya no les daba tiempo por que cerraban en 30 mins. Y segundo , para que se comprometen en dar un servicio gratuito para según para corregir su error si van a quedar mal nuevamente.
Pienso que deberían detenerse un momento y pensar en sus posibilidades y sino están dentro de pues no se metan en problemas.
Me queda claro que el servicio es malísimo, por donde le queramos ver y no me quiero imaginar en el producto.
Les falta profesionalismo , seriedad y dejar de jugar con la comida , el hambre es cosa seria , no es un antojo.
