The oysters on the half-shell were fresh and delicious. You must try the empanadas and the zarandeado is exquisite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is good but not outstanding. The problem is the food taste. Many years ago they did care about the quality of the plates. Now, they make massive amounts of food because they have hundreds of customers to serve. They just care to quickly serve your plate but not really care on the well cooking. Fish is not given the right time to cook and it has some parts raw. Salads are terrible and they don't ask you about the dressing, they just pour thousand islands!
By they way, I'm sure nobody will care about this comment.

Installations are rustic and could be cleaner. Visit El Zarandeao if you're looking for great and fresh seafood, but don't expect any luxury.

The place is big and the crew is friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Looking for good seafood, you just found it. El Zarandeao has real Mexican cooked seafood. Delicious. Don't expect the battered, fried stuff you get in the states. Fish, octopus, shrimp, oysters and lots more. Their in house recipe is unlike any you have ever tasted. Simply the best. Enjoy.
