THANK YOU Dr.Alejando , Dr.Rosa, Mar, Becks, Ana, Dr.Christian everyone. I came out from Canada after finding Dr.Alejando coming HIGHLY recommend. We were gonna do a mini lift and implant exchange, and fixture of animation distortion. Come to find I had a ruptured implant for god knows how long, which can make you sick and is just not generally good for your body. He did an en bloc procedure to fix up the breast before putting my new implants in Also come to find that my Canadian doctor improperly cut my chest muscles. The team is also helping me get a refund from Mentor as my implants were under a 10yr warranty. Dr.Alejando and the team fixed me. I literally cannot thank them enough. I finally have the chest I’ve always wanted, the cleavage I have always dreamed of. I had a team of Doctors who truly cared about me and my well being. I am so beyond happy with how everything went. And It looks so darn good Thank you Mar, for listening to me cry and be worried and concerned for my first two weeks of recovery because I’m just an anxious person. I wouldn’t have gotten though my surgery or recovery without the help of you. You are truly one of a kind and soo loved and appreciated. Also while I was out here Dr.Rosa and I did some Botox treatment and lord I do not know what they’re doing in Canada but she used half the amount that I usually get and got so much better results. Fantastic experience at eláen Plastic Surgery & Hair Transplant Center! All aspects of my FUE procedure have met and exceeded expectations: the people, the communication, the clinic and of course Dr. Christian's expertise. Patient coordinator Keren was with me every step of the way from her response to my initial online inquiry, to the video consultation with Dr. Christian, to the pre-op preparations and all the way up to the actual procedure. Lead surgeon Dr. Alejandro greeted me the morning of the procedure, which was very appreciated. Dr. Christian was exceptionally patient with me throughout the process, she thoughtfully checked in on me in the days following my procedure, and she has been so responsive to my concerns and questions. Also notable is Dr. Christian's surgical assistant Rebeca who so kindly put me at ease by allowing me to practice my work-in-progress Spanish with her over the two days of surgery. eláean Plastic Surgery & Hair Transplant Center is modern and gorgeous and is located in the equally modern and gorgeous Hospital Joya Riviera Nayarit immediately north of Puerto Vallarta. Whether you stay in the immediate area of Nuevo Vallarta or ‘commute’ in from Puerto Vallarta (which is what I did), the location is easy to find and to navigate. Hospital Joya staff are more than happy to assist you in finding a taxi if needed. For me, one of the most challenging aspects was managing my pre-op anxiety--pretty much just the fear of the unknown and the unfamiliar. Ironically, the most painful part of surgery was the anesthetic shots in the scalp. After that the procedure itself was fairly comfortable. The immediate post-op recovery was more intense than I anticipated in terms of swelling and pain, but Dr. Christian has been available whenever I needed her. I'm a side sleeper, so the post-op requirement of sleeping inclined and on one’s back was less than satisfying for the first several days but so worth it in order to achieve maximal results with minimal swelling. Pro tip: Follow the post-op care instructions, and you will be fine! I am now almost seven weeks post-op, and my healing is progressing nicely. I am so looking forward to seeing the full results in the coming months! I would highly recommend eláean Plastic Surgery & Hair Tr Dr. Christian to anyone who is considering FUE.

Dr. Alejandro and his team were extremely caring and attentive. The communication was excellent prior to surgery and even after. Karina was always very prompt at responding to me and making sure all of my questions were answered. I was very nervous about coming to Mexico to have work done. Dr. Alejandro and his team put my worries at ease and made me feel comfortable. However, once I flew home the communication from the Dr. was less than mediocre. I had several concerns that Karina addressed but I never heard back. I’m extremely disappointed in how things have been handled once I returned to the states. All I was looking for was some reassurance that I was healing properly, and I felt I was ignored. I feel that they let me down and it goes to show why so many people are apprehensive about coming to Mexico for medical care. Update* After posting this review, Dr. Christian reached out to me to inform me they had some issues with my patient rep. She was not relaying messages to the doctors, and that’s why my issues were not being addressed. He assured me this doesn’t happen often and that they were extremely sorry. We then set up a zoom appt with Dr. A and everything was healing smoothly. Although there was a minor hiccup in my after care, I felt much more comfortable with my decision to go with this particular doctor.

I had a full facelift, neck lift, eyelid surgery too and bottom, and a rhinoplasty. Dr Alejandro and his associates were nothing but kind and professional throughout the whole process. I really love my results, some people say that it looks like 15 years were taken off. I agree, I truly feel good when I look in the mirror instead of being always disappointed. Dr. Alejandro and Karina were fantastic! I always received a response at all hours of the day in the days following my surgery. It’s been well over 6 months since after my procedure and my results are great.

After researching extensively including Europe, numerous countries in the Americas I chose this clinic above all others. Extremely professional services from the cold call on to the finished product. Here's the thing. Dr. Alejandro Enriquez is taking great pride in the finished product. He somehow takes every patient (I must assume) and gain a report with him and he gives his own evaluation. I'm so very happy I followed his suggestion. Tremendously pleased.

I am 5 months post-op for a mommy makeover and cannot be happier! As others stated, I did significant research prior to scheduling with Dr Alejandro and also had the benefit of knowing someone that had surgery with him previously. I cannot say enough about the professionalism and expertise of the Elaen team. I have lost significant weight (over 80 pounds) and no amount of diet and exercise was going to correct the lose skin and c-section damage. My results are fantastic and I will be going back for a neck lift in the near future. There wasn’t anything that I needed that wasn’t taken care of, everyone was fantastic. The surgery suite and hospital were top notch. I am a Nurse, and also very particular about my care, so for me to say that every need was met from start to finish, is extremely rare!
