Terrible service, we bought the floor boxes and they told us that they would arrive the next day, and they never came, they don't answer the phone and I had to go, they don't give any quick solution, they blame the delivery staff and that there is only one delivery man . A lousy experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ muy decepcionada... pésimo servicio.. te prometen y pagas piso de primera y te juegan sucio ... mandan piso de 2da...mucho cuidado..y no se comprometen a nada... dejan mucho de que hablar ... lastima ... además de que te mandan piso quebrado con cajas Armadas x ellos... así quebese piso no te sirve absolutamente para nada y tienes q perder tiempo dinero y demás x ir a solucionar sus cochinadas.. muy pero muy mal servicio.!!!
very disappointed... terrible service... they promise you and you pay for a first class flat and they play dirty on you... they send a 2nd floor... be very careful... and they don't commit to anything... they leave a lot to talk about... .too bad... apart from the fact that they send you a broken apartment with boxes armed by them... so that apartment is absolutely useless to you and you have to waste time, money and others to go and solve their filth... very, very bad service .!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima organización, cuando hay algún problema con la entrega de mercancía le echan la culpa a sus bodegas...llevé mi camioneta para facilitarles la entrega y ni aún así supieron otorgarnos una solución y nos dejaron esperando 2 hora más.
Vamos a proceder con una denuncia a PROFECO ya que hacen perder tiempo y dinero.
Terrible organization, when there is a problem with the delivery of merchandise they blame it on their warehouses ... I took my truck to facilitate the delivery and even then they did not know how to give us a solution and they left us waiting 2 more hours.
We will proceed with a complaint to PROFECO as they waste time and money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuentan con gran variedad de pisos y azulejos en distintas calidades, los precios más bajos que en Home Depot, un poco incomodo el lugar ya que es pequeño para todo lo que tienen, te asesoran bien.
They have a great variety of floors and tiles in different qualities, the prices are lower than at Home Depot, the place is a bit uncomfortable since it is small for everything they have, they advise you well.
