★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gran surtido de productos a buen precio y de calidad más que decente. El único "pero" que le pongo es que muchos de los productos anunciados en su página de internet no los tienen físicamente y el personal que labora en la tienda desconoce de las promociones que se anuncian en internet

No me gusta que sólo den 15 días de garantía.
El personal suele ser asfixiante, van atrás de ti como si fueras a robar, me he topado con personas amables y en particular uno muy grosero.
Referente a la factura, no la expiden en tienda, te dicen que la solicites a cierto número y en el número son muy prepotentes, te dicen que no es con ellos y que te tienes que registrar en su página para facturar forzosamente. Eso es incorrecto y aparte molesto, deberían emitirla al momento de la compra.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Su sistema de ventas para mayoreo por volumen es lentísimo, cuando ya decidiste lo que quieres preguntan en bodega si hay existencias, proceso que según tardaba 20 minutos, me esperé media hora y no sabían siquiera si había existencias, después me dijo la chica que si llegaba a haber existencias tardaban dos horas o más en entregarme mi pedido, a la media hora me desesperé que no pudieron decirme siquiera si podía comprar por no saber mínimo si tenían mercancía disponible.

Uruguay N°14 para que me mandarán a Uruguay N°19 entrar a un edificio sin elevador funcionando, llegar al tercer piso... Y preguntarles si tenían mi pedido... Estoy muy segura que ahí solo era personal autorizado ... Por qué estaba lleno de cajas y personal empaquetando de ahí la atención en línea y el seguimiento de mi pedido fue bueno pero... Andar del aquí para allá buscando mi pedido ... Fue una pésima experiencia.

Aparte del acoso de los empleados por "cuidar" de que no te vayas a robar algo; debes tener cuidado de revisar tu mercancía. Argumentan que ellos siempre revisan la mercancía al entregar, sin embargo en mi caso no fue así. Después de comprar un buen número de reflectores resultó que uno de ellos me resultó roto. Al intentar hacer la reclamación ni siquiera se dignaron a revisar sus cámaras para demostrar que en ningún instante revisaron lo que me entregaron, y al contrario, el "quesque gerente" se portó de lo más patán levantando la voz y diciendo que hiciera lo que quisiera, que él no podía hacer nada y fue mi culpa por no haberles dicho que revisaran (ahora resulta ser que el cliente debe enseñarles a hacer su trabajo).
Eviten enojos, busquen otras opciones con mejor servicio al cliente.
