★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio por teléfono, te pasan a ventas, nunca te contestan y se corta la llamada, tienes que llamar hasta 5 o 6 veces para que te atiendan.
 Terrible phone service, they pass you to sales, they never answer you and the call is cut off, you have to call up to 5 or 6 times to be answered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta mejorar su servicio, que los vendedores de mostrador tengan una mejor idea de lo que se vende y el horario si abren a las 8am pero te terminan atendiendo a las 8:20 en lo que llegan la gente de mostrador y personal
Their service needs to be improved, so that the counter salespeople have a better idea of what is sold and the hours if they open at 8am but end up serving you at 8:20 when the counter people and staff arrive
