★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son puntuales y amables, pero creo que el costo es excesivo. Debe haber mas servidores dedicados a este ramo que tengan estas mismas cualidades sin ser tan abusivos. Honestamente, no creo volver a contactarlos.
They are punctual and friendly, but I think the cost is excessive. There must be more servers dedicated to this field who have these same qualities without being so abusive. Honestly, I don't think I'll contact them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedí por teléfono el servicio de un técnico. Me respondió una empleada, diciendo primero que por ir a revisar no tenía costo pero si tenía que revisar tocando sí me cobraban. Le pregunté cual era la diferencia entre revisar y revisar según su criterio y cual era el costo. No quiso dar costo por solo revisar, que eso dependía del técnico. Whaaat???? Digo, acá en México, sobretodo que gozamos de tanta honestidad (sarcasmo). Pésimo y absurdo de entrada sus métodos de servicio.
I asked for the service of a technician by phone. An employee answered me, saying first that for going to check there was no cost but if I had to check touching they did charge me. I asked him what the difference was between review and review according to his criteria and what the cost was. He did not want to give cost for just checking, that that depended on the technician. Whaaat ???? I mean, here in Mexico, especially that we enjoy such honesty (sarcasm). Lousy and absurd entry your service methods.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, caros, impuntuales, arreglaron una cosa y descompusieron otra. Me cobraron $1,200 por la instalación de un contacto y una modificación en las pastillas. Son impuntuales y no respetaron su compromiso para venir a hacer el trabajo, aún así los recibí un día después por la urgencia. Mi sorpresa es que dejaron descompuesto el timbre, a diez días de insistir en que vengan a arreglarlo jamás se dignaron a reparar el timbre que ellos mismos descompusieron. Evita dolores de cabeza y jamás contrates a Electricistas Express.
Terrible service, expensive, unpunctual, they fixed one thing and broke another. I was charged $1,200 for a contact installation and pad modification. They are unpunctual and did not respect their commitment to come to do the work, even so I received them a day later because of the urgency. My surprise is that they left the doorbell broken, ten days after insisting that they come to fix it, they never deigned to repair the doorbell that they themselves broke down. Avoid headaches and never hire Express Electricians.
