★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La primera vez mandé una TV a reparación marca pixxo, y me dijeron que como no era una marca común no encontraron piezas. El mes pasado llevé un Home Theater YAMAHA HTR-264, y no lo pudieron reparar tampoco porque no encontraron piezas, eso me hace dudar de que sepan trabajar ahí las reparaciones de los aparatos. Estoy muy decepcionado de su servicio. Ahora recogeré mi Home Theater para llevarlo a un centro de servicio YAMAHA ya que ellos no me dieron ninguna solución, más que les cambiara mi aparato por un amplificador Kenwood (viejisimo) y ni si quiera es Home Theater.
The first time I sent a pixxo brand TV for repair, and they told me that as it was not a common brand they did not find any parts. Last month I brought a YAMAHA HTR-264 Home Theater, and they couldn't repair it either because they couldn't find any parts, that makes me doubt that they know how to repair the appliances there. I am very disappointed in your service. Now I will pick up my Home Theater to take it to a YAMAHA service center since they did not give me any solution, other than to change my device for a Kenwood amplifier (very old) and it is not even Home Theater.
