★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me agrada el lugar para las compras que necesito para mi negocio encuentro buenos precios y la atención es buena lo único complicado que veo que te hacen envíos pero solo por mayor a 10 mil pesos lo lamento por la gente que no tienen la posibilidad de hacer compras tan grandes cuando también algunas cosas se encuentran agotadas espero mejoren su opción de envíos ya que hay más tiendas que ofrecen el servicio y por menos cantidad de compra

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal realizan otros cobros inexistentes DE ALGUN PRODUCTO en tu nota.
Cuando reclame según corrigieron el error,cuál me anexaron unos desarmadores relojero me cobraron pero los desarmadores jamás me fue entregado eso sí me cobraron como entregado.REVISEN SUS PEDIDOS. Y ya no reclame.
No sé desde cuándo lo hacen como nadamás pido y nunca reviso el total de mis productos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fuimos clientes por muchos años de la sucursal Iztapalapa, pero la verdad son muy groseros, no tienen una buena actitud con los clientes, en una ocasión realicé un pedido de viernes para sábado y me dijeron que no se podía y ahora realicé un pedido y me dijeron que debía llegar a una hora específica para poder ser atendida, marqué para pedir la dirección ya que iba en un taxi y no me se el nombre de la calle y no me lo dieron textualmente me dijeron "no puedo, en este momento estoy ocupado cuando pueda se la mando" le comenté a quien me atendió que ya iba en el taxi y me volvió a contestar lo mismo cuando creo se hubiera llevado el mismo tiempo en darme la dirección

Mi padre compraba con ellos y el trato con él fue muy diferente al que me dan a mi, cuando mi padre llega a ir en conmigo se nota no se si es machismo pero en verdad no es la primera vez que lo hacen por eso es que dejare de proveer mi negocio con ustedes....

No me ha llegado y trato de contactarlos por teléfono y no funciona el que aparece en el ticket. Les escribí un e-mail y tampoco lo atienden. Espero que si me la hagan llegar pronto
