Si quieren una bicicleta cara, de mala calidad, poco confiable, a la cual le van a tener que estar haciendo reparaciones mientras reciben un mal servicio, Electrobike es su opción. They are of the worst possible quality. To mine in less than two years the pedal was released twice, a fuse was blown to the battery and the post was completely bent. Igual debí sospechar cuando vi lo incompetente que fue en el manejo de la computadora y para describir la bicicleta. Lo malo, no fue tanto eso, sino que aunque el banco me dijo que de haber hecho el cobro correctamente a msi, el comercio podía arreglarlo, los de electrobike solo dejaron en visto cuando se consultó el tema y no fueron capaces de simplemente dar un "no queremos/podemos hacer algo" y fin La bici va genial hasta el momento. Se las llevé aservicio y 2 MESES después me indican que no solo tengo que pagarles más para arreglarla, también que tomará más tiempo. No te mandan los manuales como dicen ni nada al respecto.Ya llevo más de 3 años con mi bici y lo que puedo decir es que no hay que comprarla a crédito por el sistema de usura. El producto y trato es bueno. La lleve al taller y la ajustaron rápido, eso me gusto! I bought a bike with them and it took them about 1 hour to adjust it and when I got home the handlebars of the cups moved and the light did not turn on. The product and treatment is good. I took it to the workshop and they adjusted it quickly, I liked that!
