B	Beto Salaya on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me atendió Osvaldo y anteriormente otra persona, tienen surtido pero tardaron 1 hora en darme lo que quería, pésimo servicio, y no me respetaron el precio de un candil de exhibición y me cobraron de más. Atienden de muy mal humor TODOS y en las entregas te acosan. No les importa la sana distancia ni medidas de seguridad. Abriré un reclamo con la institución correspondiente porque los precios exhibidos no los respetan. Osvaldo and previously another person attended to me, they have an assortment but it took them 1 hour to give me what I wanted, terrible service, and they did not respect the price of an exhibition lamp and they charged me more. They treat EVERYONE in a very bad mood and harass you during deliveries. They do not care about the healthy distance or security measures. I will open a claim with the corresponding institution because the displayed prices do not respect them.
N	Noe Posadas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El día de hoy fui a comprar una lámpara para la sala a este establecimiento, después de ver opciones escogía una que me recomendaron en el lugar y me mostraron cómo se veía en luz cálida y blanca, seleccioné la blanca, pero estaban atendiendo a otra persona en la línea y le sacaron foto a la que me habían mostrado y yo seleccionado. Fui a pagar y me llevé mi producto. Cuando acababa de instalarla mi gran sorpresa y enojo salieron, pues resulta que me cambiaron la lámpara. No solo por el tipo de luz me di cuenta sino que la bolsa interna venía serigrafiada con la marca y la que me entregaron no, además de que me dejaron demasiados tornillos para su instalación. Leyendo con cuidado su recibo dice hasta abajo "salida la mercancía no se aceptan cambios ni devoluciones" (pero qué chingones).No volveré a comprar ahí ya que me engañaron pensando que no me daría cuenta y que como soy un cliente ocasional no volvería. Vaya fu un PËSIMO SERVICIO, no le daría ni media estrella. I went to pay and took my product with me. When I finished installing it, my great surprise and anger came out, as it turns out that they changed my lamp. Not only because of the type of light I realized, but the internal bag was silk-screened with the brand and the one they gave me was not, plus they left me too many screws for installation. Reading your receipt carefully, it says at the bottom "merchandise exit, no changes or refunds are accepted" (but what the hell). I will not buy there again since they tricked me into thinking that I would not realize it and that as I am an occasional customer I would not return.
