★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poca seriedad, se acudió al taller a solicitar servicio, se habló por teléfono para acordar el mismo un día después, la secretaria quedó de llamar al día siguiente y no hablo al llamar para preguntar a qué hora pasarían por una caminadora para darle servicio, la secretaria comento que tardarían una semana en pasar a hacer el servicio, estando mi domicilio a la vuelta de sus instalaciones, si así es la atención no quiero ver por el servicio, que mal sabor de boca, pensaba ir a hablar con el encargado pero creo que no serviría de nada ya que nadie puedo solucionar algo tan sencillo, ruega uno a las personas que atienden hay para una atención.
 Little seriousness, she went to the workshop to request service, she spoke by phone to agree the same one day later, the secretary was left to call the next day and she did not speak when calling to ask what time they would pass by a treadmill to give service, the Secretary commented that it would take a week to go to do the service, being my home around the corner from your facilities, if that's the way I care I don't want to see for the service, what a bad taste in my mouth, I thought I was going to speak to the manager but I think that it would not do any good since nobody can solve something so simple, one begs the people who attend there for attention.

Primero 2 semanas rogándoles con llamadas para que me atendieran. Por fin fueron a revisar la caminadora, me dieron su diagnóstico y me dijeron que se la tenían que llevar al taller y que en 3 días estaría lista. A partir de ahi desaparecieron de la faz de la tierra; llamadas al celular y a la oficina sin respuesta. 20 días después por fin me llamaron para decirme que estaban de vacaciones y que no habían tenido tiempo de revisar mi caminadora (cuando ya me habían dado el diagnóstico), que cuando regrrsaran la revisarían y que si yo no tenía paciencia entoncss me regresarían mi aparato (después de 20 días buscándolos no entiendo como es que no tuve paciencia). Pedí que me regresaran mi caminadora pero todavía tardaron 1 semana más en llevármela a casa y sin reparar... conclusión NO les contraten si no quieren pasar un mal rato...
Bad experience.
First 2 weeks begging them with calls to attend me. Finally they went to check the treadmill, gave me their diagnosis and told me that they had to take it to the workshop and that in 3 days it would be ready. From then on they disappeared from the face of the earth; calls to the cell phone and the office without answer. 20 days later they finally called me to tell me that they were on vacation and that they had not had time to check my treadmill (when they had already given me the diagnosis), that when they came back they would check it and that if I did not have patience then they would return my device (After 20 days looking for them I don't understand why I didn't have patience). I asked for my treadmill to be returned to me but they still took 1 more week to take it home and without repairing ... conclusion DO NOT hire them if you do not want to have a bad time ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima experiencia. No los recomiendo en absoluto. Dañan más el equipo en lugar de arreglarlo. Además del interminable tiempo que se tomaron. Busquen otra opción y no pierdan su tiempo, dinero y desgaste de su equipo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conocí electrógym hace unos años cuando pedí un servicio de mantenimiento, y desde ahí ví como los mismos propietarios iban personalmente hasta a mi casa para nadar el servicio, y vi cómo enseñaban a detalle a sus nuevos trabajadores paso a paso como se hace un mantenido, desde entonces los he recomendado por su servicio, tiempo, amabilidad y sobre todo su profesionalismo.
