Vivimos en Dr. Felipe Flores y tenemos que correr atrás de la camionete para que nos atiendan pero todavia nos dejan atrás. Nos dejan sin agua cada dia. No entiendo porque una empresa tan grande contrata a los trabajadores así y no soluciona nada.
Terrible service. After many complaints, they still continue to give lousy service. They are rude and treat customers very badly. We live in Dr. Felipe Flores and we have to run behind the truck to be attended to but they still leave us behind. They leave us without water every day. I do not understand why such a large company hires workers like this and does not solve anything.

How can I do to have a minimally efficient service? I live in Real de Guadalupe 171, Guadalupe neighborhood and I have a whole epic that brings me water when I finish the bottle. Good water, but lousy service.

I AGREE WITH THE PREVIOUS COMMENTS, THE PRODUCT IS GOOD, BUT THE DELIVERY PEOPLE HAVE A TERRIBLE SERVICE ATTITUDE, THEY SHOULD TAKE THE NECESSARY TIME TO ATTEND.

Bad service, the jugs in very bad condition and some with leaks, not even because they raise the water more and more do they provide a better service, I do not recommend it.
