★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al principio me.dijeron qué no tenia arreglo el calentador pero depues les comenté que lo quería directo y se soluciono el problema, es más caro que el común de los lugares donde reparan cosas (si es caro)
At first they told me that the heater had not been fixed but then I told them that I wanted it direct and the problem was solved, it is more expensive than the common places where they repair things (if it is expensive)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala atención del "gerente" Jorge. Me dice por teléfono que si tenían la pieza, llegó por ella y el sr. Jorge dice que no la tiene y el mismo fue el que me atendió por teléfono.
Very bad attention from the "manager" Jorge. He tells me on the phone that if they had the piece, he came for it and Mr. Jorge says he doesn't have it and he was the one who answered me on the phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lleve una pantalla a reparar y me dijeron que era la tarjeta me cobraron 3000 pesos y no le habian cambiado nada la volvi a llevar y me la entregaron con mi misma tarjeta funciono un tiempo se acabo la garantia y volvio a hacer la misma falla TENGAN CUIDADO COBRAN CARO DICEN QUE LE CAMBIAN LAS PIEZAS Y DEJAN LAS MISMAS Y COBRAN COMO SI PUSIERAN NUEVAS
I took a screen to repair and they told me it was the card they charged me 3000 pesos and they had not changed anything I took it back and they gave it to me with my same card it worked for a while the guarantee ran out and it made the same mistake again BE CAREFUL THEY CHARGE EXPENSIVELY THEY SAY THAT THEY CHANGE THE PARTS AND LEAVE THE SAME AND CHARGE AS IF THEY PUT NEW

Trabajando sin cotización previa y hacen la mano de obra sin tomar en cuenta la palabra del cliente.
Pésima atención y prepotencia del tecnico Luis.
Terrible service, it took a month to repair 2 skydancer, and I only pull 1.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No te llaman para decirte que tiene el aparato que deseas reparar , lleve un minicomponnete LG porque este estaba bloqueado y yo tengo extraviado en CONTROL REMOTO con el cual se desbloquea, el minicomponnte estaba funcionando sin problema pero al guardarlo 2 años sin uso se protegió (una falla común en los lg) cuando llame para pedir información sobre el costo de la reparación me salieron que con que el técnico dice que la tarjeta esta dañada y varios circuitos integrados etc etc y que LG los tiene discontinuados etc. etc... la respuesta me deja insatisfecho cuando ese aparato solo estuvo guardado y la ultima vez estaba funcionando antes de poner la leyenda PROTECTED ... me deja dudando sobre si realmente lo revisan o solo pasan desapercibido por considerarlo chatarra electrónica.
They do not call you to tell you that they have the device you want to repair, take a LG mini-component because it was blocked and I have lost the REMOTE CONTROL with which it is unlocked, the mini-component was working without problem but when it was stored for 2 years without use it was protected ( a common fault in the lg) when I called to ask for information on the cost of the repair I got that the technician says that the card is damaged and several integrated circuits etc etc and that LG has them discontinued etc. etc ... the answer leaves me unsatisfied when that device was only stored and the last time it was working before putting the legend PROTECTED ... it leaves me wondering if they really review it or just go unnoticed because it is considered electronic junk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tomaron 5 meses y no pudieron arreglar mi TV alegando falta de partes, siempre me estuvieron dando largas. Hubo temporadas en que hablaba casi todos los días por seguimiento, al final cuando me la lleve, me la entregaron peor que como ingreso. No responden el teléfono, pésimo servicio, a la par del servicio en todo Saltillo en gral.
Me toco ver también otras personas que estaban en la misma situación.
They took 5 months and they couldn't fix my TV claiming lack of parts, they were always dragging me out. There were seasons when I spoke almost every day for monitoring, in the end when I took it, they gave it to me worse than as income. They do not answer the phone, lousy service, on a par with the service in all of Saltillo in general.
I also had to see other people who were in the same situation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No respetan los precios, lleve un calentador a que le pusieran el cable de alimentacion y me cobraron 120 peso, a las dos semanas lleve otro a hacer lo mismo pero este si tenia el cable y me cobraron 250, le comente que el primero me habian cobrado menos y el dijo que no era verdad y que ese es el precio que tienen... Edit: despues de una semana de reparar el calentador eletrico (que solo era ponerle el cable de corriente), hizo un corto y se quemo el calentador justamente del cable, le pongo una estrella porque no puedo ponerle 0, ademas de cobrar caro no lo arreglan bien

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le robaron partes a mis televisiones y a los 6 meses me dijeron que no tenían reparación, tardaron 2 meses más en entregármelas y las llevé a otro taller y me mostraron que me entregaron mis pantallas con piezas dañadas que no correspondían al modelo de mis televisiones. Mi reparación costaba 2mil pesos y me robaron y dejaron inservibles los equipos.
They stole parts from my televisions and after 6 months they told me that they had no repair, they took another 2 months to deliver them to me and I took them to another workshop and they showed me that they delivered my screens with damaged parts that did not correspond to the model of my televisions. My repair cost 2,000 pesos and the equipment was stolen and left unusable.
