Primero no te entregan ningún ticket tanto de la entrega de la pantalla así como el comprobante de pago. Paso la pandemia y posterior a ello cuando llegó al local me dicen que el ingeniero está enfermo, hasta ese momento comprensible, me dicen que me llamarían para cuando estuviese mi pantalla y hasta el momento nunca recibí ninguna llamada, Llevo más de una año esperando la devolución de mi pantalla y la persona que atiende ni siquiera tiene la decencia de atender de frente solo detrás de la cortina de su local, es lamentable, pero espero que realmente me entreguen mi televisor...
