En mi experiencia llevó mi mamá el dispositivo por mi(Estaba fuera de la ciudad estudiando), y estuvo 3 meses sin saber nada, no llamaron, cuando nosotros los hacíamos no contestaban y cuando legaban a contestar te decían que no estaba el que los arregla. Para mi sorpresa llegué después de marcar y la secretaria hablando con un conocido muy agusto(casualidades, espero que no suceda siempre). Me comenzaron a preguntar que si que tenía mi Xbox siendo que lo tenían hace 3 meses, por supuesto me lo devuelven lleno de tierra(pagué 300 para el servicio de limpieza en otro negocio). En fin, no lo recomiendo para nada. Lastima que mi experiencia fuera así. JABA on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lleve una Smart para que la checaran y resultó que estaba quebrada la pantalla la cual no está ya que la revisaron antes, lo que vi es que acomodan las Smart en el suelo en posición vertical y eso no está bien. Otro día llevebuna lavadora y si todo bien solucionaron el problema.
