Servicio de pésima calidad, son un a burla de "compañía" TERRIBLE servicio al cliente y si les hable es porque son el servicio autorizado de SAMSUNG. Saqué una cita hace 10 días, quedaron de visitarme al termino del día o a más tardar al día siguiente. Obvio nunca llegaron, me comunique con ellos hace un par de días, no tenían mis datos, los volví a proporcionar para una cita; hoy he marcado en más de 8 ocasiones y al final me comunicaron con el "encargado" que no se quiso identificar y sus palabras finales fueron: "el servicio no es es cuando usted quiera es cuando nosotros podamos" JAJAJAJA A este taller les informo que aplicaron la regla #1 del cliente (inversamente claro esta) y también les informo que insultar al personal no es decir que no cuentan con servicio al cliente, que deben de pedir disculpas por no poder atender o por no tener una simple atención. Ahora buscaré otro taller otro taller donde sus clientes sean más importantes y si los puedan atender. NO RECOMENDABLES y que no les sorprenda que sus reparaciones no sean las correctas, porque si los "jefes" no tienen interés en sus clientes dudo que lo tengan en el "trabajo" que puedan ofrecer
Poor quality service, they are a mockery of "company" TERRIBLE customer service and if I talk to them it is because they are SAMSUNG's authorized service. I made an appointment 10 days ago, they agreed to visit me at the end of the day or at the latest the next day. Obviously they never arrived, I contacted them a couple of days ago, they did not have my data, I provided them again for an appointment; Today I have dialed more than 8 times and in the end I was contacted by the "manager" who did not want to identify himself and his final words were: "the service is not when you want it is when we can" HAHAHAHA In this workshop I inform them that they applied rule # 1 of the client (inversely clear this) and I also inform them that insulting the staff is not to say that they do not have customer service, that they should apologize for not being able to attend or for not having a simple attention. Now I will look for another workshop another workshop where their clients are more important and if they can attend them. NOT RECOMMENDED and do not be surprised that their repairs are not correct, because if the "bosses" have no interest in their clients I doubt they have it in the "job" they can offer
