★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención por teléfono, atienden de manera prepotente como si fuese un favor el vender sus productos, además de que el trato se hizo por WhatsApp, nada les costaba decir que el día sábado no laboran a partir de las 2p.m. en cuanto se les preguntó por mensaje para no perder el tiempo porque además crucé toda la ciudad solo para venir por lo que encargué. Definitivamente deberían educarse en cuanto a la atención al cliente, ser amables no los va empobrecer, o bueno absurdamente si Porque así como yo pierden un cliente. Nefastos!. Y solo les pongo 1 estrella para poder opinar, fuera de eso no se merecen nada.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los productos son de buena calidad y los precios son muy bajos. Tiene una gran cantidad de refacciones, cambios y electrónica. La atención es muy buena en la tienda. Mejoraría que revisen mejor su inventario ya que varias veces pregunto por teléfono si hay productos, pero llego y no hay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me vendieron un producto que al poco rato de utilizarlo resultó dañado parcialmente. Cuando quise devolverlo, me invalidaron la garantía y me dijeron que el producto todavía servía.
Y en efecto, funciona, sin embargo funciona mal y se apaga a cada rato.
Además, la atención al cliente por parte de una trabajadora fue bastante grosera.
