Para hacer varios comentarios con el.objeto que sirva de retroalimentación ya que el nuevo servicio de pedidos por llamada, no nos resultó eficiente por los sig motivos. 1. Tienen muchos telefonos que se generan de donde nos llaman al cliente , cuando solo nos habian informado que serían solo 2. 2. Las llamadas son MUY insistentes en horario de trabajo. 3. Cuando pude responder a un telefono que no tenia registrado , el joven que me llamo, me increpó diciendo : -"que yo debería de contestar"-. Que tenian varios dias llamando y nadie atendia. Le dije que ppr.motivos de trabajo y que no necesitabamos agua. 4. Indican que debemos (como obligación) pedir cada determinado tiempo. 5. Indicó que de no hacer pedido en cada llamada, se asignaria una entrega ya calculada (POR LA EMPRESA) de forma estbalecida sin modificaciones , por ej. 3 garrafones cada 15 dias , sin importar nuestro consumo. 6. Le comente que el.consumo era variable. Entonces me dijo que me cancelaria el servicio por que no puede ser a solicitud del cliente y ASI LO HIZO. EL.SERVICIO YA ESTA CANCELADO. Por lo tanto , ya no recibo ni.compro.su producto. Ese inconveniente en mi domicilio ya esta resuelto con el abasto por otra compañia. Pero si.se presenta el mismo problema con otros clientes, van a seguir perdiendo. La filosofia de una empresa Y TODOS SU PROCESOS siempre debe estar DIRIGIDOS A LA SATISFACCION DEL.CLIENTE. Esta empresa que contrataron ( si fuera externa) debe ser supervisada y evaluada, si no es asi, deben iniciar un proyecto de mejora en este punto.

I commented that the consumption was variable. Then he told me to cancel the service because it could not be at the request of the client and HE DID IT. THE SERVICE IS ALREADY CANCELED. Therefore, I no longer receive or buy your product. That problem in my home has already been solved with the supply by another company. But if the same problem occurs with other customers, they will continue to lose. The philosophy of a company AND ALL ITS PROCESSES must always be DIRECTED TO THE SATISFACTION OF THE CUSTOMER. This company that they hired (if external) must be supervised and evaluated, if not, they must initiate an improvement project at this point.

Malísimo servicio desde que llaman a los clientes para hacer el pedido de agua u otros productos. Se quedaron obsoletos, lo de hoy es en línea, cuando el cliente quiera, lo que el cliente quiera , no que te condicionen a llamarte ciertos días de la semana y encima a insistir en comprar "promociones" que no nos interesan. Pésimo , están perdiendo clientes, yo ya compro en línea con Ciel, cuando YO quiero, y justo lo que YO pido. Suerte!
Terrible service since they call customers to order water or other products. They became obsolete, today is online, when the client wants, what the client wants, not that they condition you to call you certain days of the week and above all to insist on buying "promotions" that do not interest us. Mal servicio , cuando te marcan afuerza te quieren vender lo que ellos dicen y si no te cuelgan en especial las señoritas son muy groseras . No les compren !!! Mejor ciel.
Bad service, when they call you forcefully they want to sell you what they say and if they don't hang up on you, especially the ladies are very rude. Don't buy them!!! better heaven.
