★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, no contestan. Tiene uno que estar "cazando" a los repartidores y aunque pida uno los garrafones no los surten. A quien reporta uno el mal servicio?
Terrible service, they don't answer. You have to be "hunting" the dealers and even if you ask for one, the jugs do not supply them. To whom does one report poor service?

Para poder adquirir los garrafones uno tiene que esperar a que lo llamen por teléfono (si es que lo hacen) en días específicos, y nuevamente esperarlos al día siguiente para recibir el pedido (si es que vienen, cosa que casi siempre no ocurre). Si uno intenta llamarlos casi nunca contestan y cuando lo hacen nuevamente uno tiene que esperar una llamada por parte de ellos. No tienen horario de llegada específico (por lo que hacen perder todo el día). Mala gestión de la compañía. Luego algunos garrafones tienen pequeñas fugas. Servicio 0% recomendado.
Terrible time-wasting service. In order to acquire the jugs, one has to wait for them to call you by phone (if they do) on specific days, and again wait for them the next day to receive the order (if they come, which almost always does not happen). If you try to call them they almost never answer and when they do it again you have to wait for a call from them. They do not have a specific arrival time (so they lose the whole day). Bad company management. Then some jugs have small leaks. 0% recommended service.
