El instalador montó una de las persianas desalineada y al momento de comentarle, se excusó diciéndome que era porque seguramente mi piso no lo habían instalado bien y tenía alguna pendiente, luego cuando vio que no era así y la tuvo que volver a instalar, me dejó el agujero en la pared y tampoco limpió nada de la suciedad que se generó en la instalación. La empresa me dijo que lo iban a mandar de vuelta, pero después de casi dos meses de espera, decidí arreglarlo por mi cuenta ya que el trabajador nunca regresó. Eso es algo que deberían de intentar mejorar. De ahí en más, la calidad de las persianas y todo en general no estuvo bien.
The service in the store as well as the prices seemed very good to me, but the reason why I give it three stars is for the installation process.
The installer mounted one of the misaligned blinds and when I told him, he excused himself saying that it was because surely my floor had not been installed well and had some slope, then when he saw that it was not like that and had to reinstall it, he left me the hole in the wall and it also did not clean any of the dirt that was generated in the installation. The company told me that they were going to send it back, but after almost two months of waiting, I decided to fix it on my own since the worker never returned. That is something they should try to improve. From then on, the quality of the blinds and everything in general was not good.
