Me pusieron keratina en el fleco y el producto me calló a la cara, no les importo limpiarlo, les tuve que decir que lo hicieran porque me estaba quemando. A la hora de plancharme el cabello no usaron un producto que me protegiera del calor de la plancha. El corte que me hicieron quedó muy disparejo. No lo recomiendo.
They make you wait even if you have an appointment and they don't have people waiting. They put keratin on the fringe and the product fell on my face, they did not mind cleaning it, I had to tell them to do it because I was burning. When ironing my hair they did not use a product that would protect me from the heat of the iron. The cut they made was very uneven. I do not recommend it.
