El tipo que tienen de "seguridad" es un patan que trata mal a los clientes buscar a alguien con educación esa es la imagen penosa que te llevas de este concecionario alguien debía decirle que de los clientes se paga su sueldo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Traje el coche a servicio, tengo hora y media esperando que me lo entreguen, quedaron que a las 1215 y es la 1330, y sigo esperando... Ni un vaso con agua me han ofrecido y tengo que escuchar el reggaeton de las bocinas que están en la entrada a todo volumen. Habiendo tantas opciones caí en la peor!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ LLEVÉ MI COCHE A SERVICIO, 5 DIAS Y NO LE HICIERON EL SERVICIO... Me hablaron para agendarme una cita para hacerle el servicio a mi Jeep, con el conpromiso de tenerlo listo el mismo día. Lo llevo y les pido que además del servico me arreglen el claxón y el blue tooth. Claro que si, pero entonces ya no estará hoy mismo. Totalmente de acuerdo. Dos días después el "asesor" Pedro Bonifacio, me dice que puedo pasar por mi coche el sábado a las 2 pm. Llego y sí, ahí estaba mi coche. Sólo le arreglaron el claxon, udel servicio, pues ni hablamos. En 5 días no se lo pudieron hacer, porque tenían mucho trabajo. Y todavía me dice que en 10 días que le llegue el radio, Se lo deje y AHORA sí, se lo hacen....si claro.
Pésimo servico y una total pérdida de tiempo.
I TOOK MY CAR TO SERVICE, 5 DAYS AND THE SERVICE WAS NOT DONE ... They called me to schedule an appointment to service my Jeep, with the promise of having it ready the same day. I wear it and ask them to fix my horn and blue tooth in addition to the service. Sure, but then it won't be today. Totally agree. Two days later the "advisor" Pedro Bonifacio tells me that I can stop by my car on Saturday at 2 pm. I arrive and yes, there was my car. They only fixed his horn, his service, because we didn't even speak. In 5 days they couldn't do it, because they had a lot of work. And he still tells me that in 10 days when the radio arrives, leave it to him and NOW yes, they do it .... yes of course.
Terrible service and a total waste of time.

Llevo tres días queriendome comunicar con Pedro Bonifacio, el compromiso es que harían la verificación del mi vehículo, al llamar me dejan en espera hasta 15 minutos para al final colgarme. No me dan razón y tienen literalmente secuestrado mi auto. No asistan a este lugar, el trato, el servicio , el espacio para recibirte el coche es pésimo!
Filthy place. I have been wanting to communicate with Pedro Bonifacio for three days, the commitment is that they would verify my vehicle, when they call they leave me waiting for up to 15 minutes to hang up. They don't give me reason and they have literally hijacked my car. Do not attend this place, the treatment, the service, the space to receive your car is terrible!
