The staff is very attentive and friendly, but the hallmark is the warmth and professionalism of their treatment. The facilities, in addition to clean, invite relaxation and rest. I love that they are aware of you via WhatsApp and that they give a personalized treatment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El trato fue excelente, sinceramente llegue tarde a mi cita pero me entendieron Perfecto, en todo momento fueron súper amables. Yo me regale un día de spa y me consintieron super. Los masajes deliciosos, siempre están atentas de la presión que ejercen, de la temperatura del cuarto, la luz, me gustó que todos hablan en voz baja :) hay mucha paz, el facial fue muy muy completo, exfoliación... la verdad es que fue el mejor regalo! Gracias Eleganzza spa! Yo los recomiendo y seguro voy a regresar.
The treatment was excellent, I was honestly late for my appointment but they understood me Perfect, at all times they were super friendly. I gave myself a spa day and they spoiled me super. The delicious massages, are always attentive to the pressure they exert, the temperature of the room, the light, I liked that everyone speaks softly :) there is a lot of peace, the facial was very very complete, exfoliation ... the truth is That was the best gift! Thanks Eleganzza spa! I recommend them and I will surely return.
