Me dí cuenta hasta después de 8 meses que falló mi lap y quise aplicar mi garantía extendida por 3 años, no aceptaron su culpa y ahora tengo que pagar algo que no sirve. Chequen lo que les venden ya que no fue aplicada por qué los tornillos parecía que se intentaron abrir (cosa que yo no hice por querer acudir primero a sucursal y hacer las cosas correctamente) con eso ya no les aplicarán la garantía . Y chequen la garantía extendida por el fabricante ya que puede variar en el tiempos en que tengan en stock y puede servirles de doble refuerzo en caso de que no se los apliquen como a mi. I was sold a DELL brand lap in terrible condition by the commercial leader Martin Encino. I only realized after 8 months that my lap failed and I wanted to apply my extended warranty for 3 years, they didn't accept their fault and now I have to pay for something that doesn't work. Check what they sell you since it was not applied because the screws seemed to be trying to open (which I did not do because I wanted to go to the branch first and do things correctly) with that they will no longer apply the guarantee. And check the warranty extended by the manufacturer since it can vary in the time they have in stock and can serve as a double reinforcement in case they are not applied as they were to me.
