V	Victor Garcia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen trato de los ejecutivos de cuenta, aún que en ocasiones, les falle el sistema, y en cuanto a la tienda, por ser un poco chica un tanto amontonados los artículos , lo que no permite apreciarlos bien , y no cuenta con todo el catálago de productos. Good treatment from the account executives, even if the system sometimes fails them, and as for the store, because the items are a bit small a bit piled up, which does not allow to appreciate them well, and does not have the entire catalog of products.

Yo no se para que tienen servicio de cambio de dolares a pesos, si uno lleva todo lo que te requieren y de todos modos te niegan el servicio. Pesimo servicio al cliente. No le recomiendo a ningun familiar volver a cambiar dinero en Elektra. Gracias por nada. Very disappointed with the money exchange service. El otro dia fui con $200 dolares y me regresan $40 que porque estan manchados o lavados. Que tonteria si es dinero directo del Banco De America que uno saca del cajero y viene uno aqui y no te los aceptan. Luego mi Mama quizo ir a cambiar su dinero y tampoco le quisieron cambiar, que porque su scanner no funcionaba. Entonces que esperan que uno haga? Les estamos dando la informacion que requieren para cambiarnos el dinero y de todos modos nos salen con razones por las que no pueden cambiar nuestro dinero. Que pesimo servicio. No volvemos. Que piensan? En serio no los entiendo. Mejor ya cierren su Banco Azteca porque no sirve para nada.
