★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No hay agentes para atenderte y los que hay duran las horas por qué el sistema está lento, te piden actualizar datos biométricos y no tienen nomás que dos máquinas para hacerlo y no sirven, después de esperar más de una hora ocupan INE y no la traía me hicieron volver siendo que traigo mi tarjeta, mi aplicación y mis huellas en los dedos para validar que soy yo. Horrible ir, lo más lejos que puedan estar de las sucursales es mejor.
