★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio Elektra de 5 de mayo, los empleado se sienten dueños no ayudan a nadie no tienen nada de empatía. Uno va a asesorarse y hasta parecen burlarse de uno por no saber. Al llegar a ventanilla, su código de barras no funciona y en lugar de asesorar nos quitan de la fila para que pase el siguiente... Nefasto a verdad.
 Terrible Elektra service on May 5, the employees feel that they are owners, they do not help anyone, they do not have any empathy. You go to get advice and they even seem to make fun of you for not knowing. When we arrive at the window, their barcode does not work and instead of advising they remove us from the line for the next one to pass ... Nefarious indeed.
