tambien los ansianos no los dejan entrar a la otra fila
y cuando vas a reclamar de que tu dinero no esta bien te tratan mal y ni solucionan nada

Preguntas por qué las tarjetas no pasan y por qué ay menos dinero en las cuentas y ni averiguan solo de mala gana contestan
Tardan mucho en atender por estar entre ellas mismas platicando en los escritorios y primero te ven feo como par aver si te hacen el favor de atenderte.
No lo vale
Vi en face de como la gente se queja por qué les sacaron préstamos que no les dieron el dinero y como las cuentas acababan sin dinero y cuando iban y estaban canseladas y no la creía pero ya veo que si está muy mal la acosa aquí
Ya no quiero regresar fue mucho tiempo perdido y malas caras

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please save yourself the stress and bank elsewhere! Horrible service and immature staff. Back in November, one of the male employees (he was newly employed) pretended to be the manager, and also lied when I asked him for the last name of an employee that was working there. I wanted the name of the employee because she was incredibly dismissive and unwilling to compromise in assisting me with a transaction. At first I thought they were just being mean to me but it turns out they are rude to everyone. It’s for sure the worst bank I’ve EVER been to. I hope that corporate restructures this location because it is obvious that the current management is not leaving a great impression on the town. Oh and I found out the employee’s name is actually Ana, so hey girl hope you’re doing well!
