Solo un cajero para más de 40 personas en la sucursal es deplorable. Y el demás personal que atiende, de manera despota dice que no hay más cajeros. Deberían de poner más atención en el perfil psicológico del personal que labora en este banco, pues parece que no entienden que vamos por un servicio, una necesidad de un banco cercano y accesible y por ello aperture cuenta en el banco, pero parece ser que el "señorito" tiene complejo de grandeza o no se que pues parece que te hace un favor, ya en repetidas ocasiones ha sido lo mismo y parece ser que no soy el único, el tipo simplemente no tiene actitud de servicio y es un majadero. No tiene trato para servicio a cliente es grosero y se siente muy divo. Si no le da la gana no te atiende y te vota tus documentos y te dice NO LA VOY ATENDER ASI NADAMAS . Very bad experience. El cajero de PrestaPrenda aburriéndose y dos ejecutivos platicando entre ellos como en su casa. Lo último que les importa es el cliente. Nunca vayan a esa sucursal.
