★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienen como 10 cajas y funciona una o dos y aunque vean colas largas, atienden con mucha hueva . Aparte te regañan, por ver en tu celular la información. Seguramente a los verdaderos maleantes, no les dicen nada.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio de el que se encontraba en la caja 4 de banco Azteca ya que le proporciono los datos por escrito y no me los quiso recibir, se los dictó y dice que están mal, me tengo que firmar de nuevo y estaba desocupado y no me decía que pasará haciéndose pendejo y su compañero Jair Rodríguez López me atiende y el de la 4 inmediatamente llama a la persona que estaba atrás de mi en la fila. El cajero Jair si me recibió los datos le comento que son correctos y el mencionado que yo le di los datos mal a su compañero, voy con la gerente a reportarlo y no me da su nombre.
Te hacen perder tu tiempo y yo no vuelvo a regresar a ningún Elektra.
Y para acabar de hacerme enojar más, no puedo publicar mi comentario si no pongo una estrella de calificación, cómo sí en verdad se lo merecieran, y aparte de eso sólo atendían 2 cajas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal la atención al cliente ya que va uno aser un trámite y no hay sistema que la clave no pasa o por qué le pagan la app de banco azteca te digan que no se puede por qué tu cel según ellos está bloqueado

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service, solo quería hacer unos trámites me hicieron formarme en otra fila para que dieran las 9 y ya no poder atenderme, tuve que ir una semana entera desde la hora de entrada para ver si me atendían, además de que el personal fue muy grosero pues se burlaban de la gente por su forma de vestir y me ponían caras.
Consejo si van a hacer un trámite aquí procuren hacerlo con semanas de anticipación.
