★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La tención es buena regularmente, pero mis 2 estrellas son por 2 razones algo marcadas: 1.- En ocasiones no están los encargados de ciertas áreas, y la principal... 2.- Cambian los precios de un día para otro: fui a adquirir un Smartphone y resulta que en un sólo día cambio el precio $2,500 más caro, luego hay otro precio, luego otro... y es una conducta pasivo-agresiva en el sentido de que las personas pierden tiempo y organizan sus gastos, ya cuándo van a hacer la compra les salen con tremendo chasco.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fue a hacer un pago, pero sigo sin entender por que nada mas abren 2 o 1 caja, teniendo 4 cajas disponibles, se acumulan mas de 20 gentes y con el covid es muy peligroso, les pido y suplico a los ejecutivos de elecktra que abran todas las cajas, personal si tienen , pues estaban platicando muy tranquilas, sin abrir las cajas, todavia sigo con lo mismo no es posible que no abran todas las cajas
