★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was visiting Cholula and needed to exchange dollars to pesos. However, they were giving me a hard time because some of the bills had the faintest marks or wrinkles. The manager was no help either. DO NOT GO HERE TO EXCHANGE MONEY!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is worst Elektra I have ever had to deal with. Don't go here especially if you are a foreigner, they always give you the runaround because they can never figure out what his passport number is, or because you don't have something written down (even though you are literally telling them what it is.) Probably just avoid unless it's an emergency.
Go to the one in San Andres behind the McDonalds if you can, I've never had a problem with them so far.
