★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio por parte de el personal tanto de tienda como de banco ......en ventanilla parece que vas a pedir algo regalado y te atienden de mala gana ....y los vendedores no te saben dar información de los productos que venden ...... necesitan mucha preparación o algunos cursos de atención al cliente y capacitación para saber exactamente qué es lo que están vendiendo.
