★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cero estrellas fui a reclamar porque supuestamente me hiban a actualizar mis datos y resulta que me cambiaron de nómina y de Afore con engaños.....le dije al ejecutivo que no me cambiará y no le importó hizo lo que quiso..... En cuánto pueda voy a cancelar su tarjeta de nomina azteca que no sirve para nada

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La cajera María pésima para atender si trabajo es explicar y brindar la información necesaria para hacer el tramite y mejor su compañero fue amable y nos ayudó en el proceso, ya que la señorita no cuenta con la actitud servicial que se requiere para estar en un lugar en atención a clientes, pésimo servicio.
The cashier María, lousy to attend to if work is to explain and provide the necessary information to do the procedure and better her partner was kind and helped us in the process, since the lady does not have the helpful attitude that is required to be in a place in customer service, terrible service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siempre hay una mega fila y una caja abierta y sino pagas el día que te toca al otro día te cobran más. Ósea te tienes que esperar ahí las horas, casita como si les rogaras para pagarles.
There is always a mega queue and an open box and if you don't pay the day you have to, the next day they charge you more. I mean, you have to wait there for hours, little house as if you were begging them to pay them.
