★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super mal el servicio al cliente el di de hoy lunes 16 de mayo en el horario de las 11 a 12 un chavo de ventanilla se portó muy grosero , mi madre es impertensa por lo cual aveces necesita ayuda para leer el chavo se portó muy grosero diciendo que no podía tomar el teléfono de mi madre para axilar y darle la atención necesaria para la aplicación ya que ella solo IVA a consultar su saldo de la aplicación pero este ya después de un rato de (rogarle ) la auxilio pero todavía tuvo el descaro de revisar su galería y otras apps , agradeceria que se capasitara a su personal y se enfoquen en la atención al cliente y a qué hay personas mayores que necesitan ser auxiliadas
 Very bad customer service today, Monday, May 16, from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m., a guy at the window was very rude, my mother is impertensive, so sometimes she needs help to read, the guy was very rude saying that I could not take my mother's phone to armpit and give her the necessary attention for the application since she only VAT to check her balance of the application but this already after a while of (begging her) for help but she still had the gall to review your gallery and other apps, I would appreciate it if you trained your staff and focus on customer service and what there are older people who need help
