★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compre en linea una sala, no me daba la opcion de agregar la que yo queria porque tenia que estar en existencia en las tiendas de esta ciudad, llevo 3 dias esperando a que llegue porque me mandaron una notificacion que ya estaba en camino, rastreo el paquete y me dice que esta en el estado de Mexico y que va a tardar 4 dias mas!, no me molesta esperar, pero porque me dicen que la envian de Mexico si se supone que esa es la que esta en exiatencia en la tienda, si la mandaran de Mexico hubiera comprado la que yo queria, pero por aprovechar el supuesto "hot sale", que segun es un descuento en linea y en tienda dan el mismo precio, venden con mentiras, otorgan mal servicio y caro, me perdieron como cliente.
I bought a room online, it did not give me the option to add the one I wanted because it had to be in stock in the stores of this city, I have been waiting for it for 3 days because they sent me a notification that was already on the way, tracking the package and it tells me that it is in the state of Mexico and it will take 4 more days! It does not bother me to wait, but because they tell me that they send it from Mexico if that is supposed to be the one in existance in the store, if they sent it from Mexico I would have bought the one I wanted, but to take advantage of the so-called "hot sale", which according to a discount online and in the store they give the same price, they sell with lies, they give bad service and expensive, they lost me as client.
